The project will create an assessment system of buildings owned by the city. It will allow for adopting qualified decisions related to the investments into energy measures and innovations in these buildings. During the analytic stage, all available and necessary information will be collected and a methodology for its processing and assessments determined pursuant to the professionally specified criteria. Next, a financial model will be created. It will be used as a basis and recommendation for suitable investments in particular buildings. Data will be subsequently transferred to the information system, which will include automated current data collection about the given buildings and their operation.
During 2018, data collection for the given buildings was taking place and the methodology for technical evaluation of buildings was created, serving as a base for their categorisation. In the second half of 2019, automatised data will be collected and the system will further be tested in real operation. In the first half of 2020, the testing period will be assessed, upon which it will be decided about a potential assessment system extension to all buildings owned by the capital of Prague.
