The project will create an assessment system of buildings owned by the city. It will allow for adopting qualified decisions related to the investments into energy measures and innovations in these buildings. During the analytic stage, all available and necessary information will be collected and a methodology for its processing and assessments determined pursuant to the professionally specified criteria. Next, a financial model will be created. It will be used as a basis and recommendation for suitable investments in particular buildings. Data will be subsequently transferred to the information system, which will include automated current data collection about the given buildings and their operation.
During 2017, contractual documentation will be prepared and necessary preparation steps undertaken. In 2018, the actual implementation will take place, and in 2019, the system will be tested in real operation. In the beginning of 2020, the testing period will be assessed, upon which it will be decided about a potential assessment system extension to all buildings owned by the capital of Prague.
In 2017, tender documents will be prepared and the necessary preparations undertaken. In 2018, the project will be implemented, and during 2019, the whole system will be tested in real-time. At the beginning of 2020, the testing period will be evaluated and it will be decided whether the system will be extended to all buildings owned by Prague City.
