On June 14, the 27th meeting of the Smart Prague Work Group took place, as usual, addressing current events in the field of Smart City projects in Prague. Since 2017, this working group has been regularly bringing together representatives from the city, universities, and municipal companies to monitor innovations and discuss advancements in smart solutions for the capital.
The Smart Prague Work Group serves as a crucial forum for collaboration and coordination among all involved parties working together on transforming Prague into a smart and sustainable city. Thanks to these meetings, it's possible to stay updated on the latest trends and discuss specific measures that contribute to improving the quality of life for Prague's residents and enhancing the efficiency of public administration.
During yesterday's meeting, the latest information and plans regarding the development of Smart City projects in Prague were presented. Attention was also given to a presentation from representatives of the European Funds Department of the Prague City Hall (MHMP, FON), which focused on the upcoming 2nd call for projects related to the construction and development of Smartcities concepts. This call will be a key instrument for supporting projects that utilize 5G networks and technologies.
