On Wednesday, June 15, 2022, the 23rd meeting of the Working Group for Smart Prague took place. The participants talked about the innovations in smart projects of city organizations and debated the concept of Smart Prague, which was created in the metropolis five years ago.

"These informal meetings are a good opportunity to exchange information and share experiences with each other. Both from already implemented projects that are based on smart solutions and have proven themselves in practice, and from emerging ones that can inspire other ideas on how to use modern technologies together with the data obtained to improve the quality of life in Prague. During the five years of operation of the Smart Prague concept, the metropolis can boast about several dozen projects that have helped to positively transform the city. I believe that in the coming years we will continue at a similarly fast pace and mutual cooperation," said Petr Suška, the Director of the OICT's Smart City, Innovation and Project Management section.

Smart Prague working groups are regularly attended by representatives of the OICT, Prague City Hall and other municipal companies, as well as guests from academia and non-profit organizations, with whom Prague, in particular, cooperates in the Smart City area.
